What this site does not do

We use no cookies and no ad tracking. Fonts are served from this site’s own server, with no connection to Google or other third parties. We only link to Instagram, Threads and LinkedIn; once you follow those links, their own privacy policies apply.

Hosting

This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) on Cloudflare Workers. When you open the site, Cloudflare briefly keeps technical data such as your IP address, browser and time of visit in server logs to keep the site secure and running. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in operating the site securely. Transfers to the USA are covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Visitor statistics

To understand how the site is used, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not identify you individually; it only counts in aggregate which pages are opened, which site visitors came from, and details such as country, browser and page load time. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in improving the site.

Contact by email

When you email us, we use your name, email address and message only to reply and to discuss a possible collaboration. The fields on the contact page are not sent anywhere; they only prepare a draft in your own email app. Our email runs on Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We delete the data once the matter is closed, unless we are legally required to keep it.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Write to hello@wearecomments.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority; ours is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
